Onam special rice distribution

The acquittance of special rice distribution should contain class, admission number, name of student, name of parent, Aadhar/EID number of student, signature of parent , signature of class teacher and headmaster and is to be submitted to this office within two days after distribution.

The special rice should not be kept along side the usual noon feeding rice.  Noon meal committee should supervise the distribution of special rice to the students.

Distribution status of special rice need to be intimated to this office once distribution is completed.(phone/E mail)
